E-Sword Modules

Free downloadable resources for the E-Sword Bible study program

About E-Sword

E-Sword is a free Bible study program for Windows, written by Rick Myers. You can download the program and a wide range of free resources from the official E-Sword website. These resources include Bibles in English, Greek, Hebrew, and dozens of other languages, plus commentaries, dictionaries, daily devotionals, books, and more. The program is feature-rich, simple to use, and very powerful — supporting Greek, Hebrew, and English word searches, tooltip definitions, translation comparisons, and copy-and-print capabilities.

Free CD Available

Tentmaker Ministries offers a free CD that includes the E-Sword program along with the modules listed on this page. To request a copy, you may email balbert@alampthatburns.net for more information.

E-Sword Version

These modules are compatible with recent versions of E-Sword. If you encounter any issues, ensure you are running the latest version of the program available from the official E-Sword website.

Windows 7 Issue

Users running Windows 7 may experience compatibility issues with certain module installers. Running the installer in compatibility mode or updating to a newer version of Windows is recommended.

Doctrinal Viewpoint

The modules reflect a range of theological perspectives. As with all study resources, readers are encouraged to compare all teaching with Scripture.
